Norrlejon is a one-person company backed by twenty years of IT experience. No switchboard number, no anonymous consultant pool.
The background
Behind Norrlejon is a systems developer and problem solver with over 20 years in IT: support, operations, web and testing.
The road here went through support and operations, then web development and testing, and in recent years increasingly AI-driven automation. That breadth is the point: fewer handoffs and fewer misunderstandings between roles, because one person owns the whole chain from idea to operation.

How the work actually happens

A large part of the daily work happens together with AI tools, not in competition with them. Code, tests and documentation are written with the help of AI assistants, always with a human reviewing before anything goes live.

Jam-agent
One concrete example: customers report bugs through a recorded Jam session with console and network logs. An AI agent reads the report, finds the cause in the code and suggests a fix, without the customer needing a separate ticketing system or anyone paying for a support license.
Freedom from licenses where it makes sense
The basic principle is simple: freemium where it is enough, your own code where it pays off. Many businesses pay for features they never use in expensive platforms. When a free or cheap service covers the need, we use it. When it does not, or when it locks you in, we build a solution you own.
