How Norrlejon handles the information you share with us through the contact form on the Contact page.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, message, and the budget range you select. Nothing else is collected through the form.

Why we collect it
The information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, to understand what you need help with and get back to you with a relevant answer.

Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, in the EU (Frankfurt region), in a database only Norrlejon can access. No data leaves the EU/EEA.

How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry until it has been handled, plus a reasonable period afterwards for follow up and, if we start working together, as a record of that engagement. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your rights
You always have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, or to ask us to delete it. Contact us at hej@norrlejon.se and we will help, usually within a business day.

Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. It is used internally by Norrlejon only.

Cookies and local storage
This site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing stored locally in your browser is your light/dark mode choice (localStorage) and, if you sign into the client portal, a technical session value that keeps you signed in. Neither is shared with any third party or used for tracking or advertising.
